Please go through our policies before placing an order with us:
- We do not offer free revisions if the customer selects our special offer plan. All other plans are backed with free revisions; however special offer price package is already very low when it comes to prices.
- We strongly recommend that when placing an order you should provide us with all the attachments (if any) within 24 hours of placing your order as the details provided at later stages may not be included in your order.
- Please note that the 6 hour deadline package plan is mainly for small papers in the range of 2000 to 2500 word count plus editing and proofreading papers only.
- If the attachment files are too large then it will take longer for you to browse through order pages, therefore we would like to recommend you that you may contact our live support team by clicking on the live support tab given at the top right of your screen on our website and one of our customer service representatives will guide you through with sending the files.
- We have now added order tracking system; therefore you can track your order too, so as to know the status of your order.
- Please note that we are not a VAT registered site, therefore all our prices are VAT free and we do not charge tax from our customers on their orders. There are sites who claim that they are VAT registered but they are not and they charge you extra.
- If you would like to share your comments on our blogs, then you may write to us using our contact us form and once it has been cleared by the moderator your comment will be live.
- We strongly recommend our customers to use turn it on only if they have any doubt as free plagiarism detectors will store your document in their database and will publish it on different sites. We are 100% custom writing service providers because we write fresh papers according to the guidelines provided by our customers. Once the paper is ready and cleared by our quality assurance department it is delivered to the email address provided by our customers in our place order form. When the customer confirms the receipt of their order it is deleted from our system so that it cannot be re-produced or published again.
- When it comes to claim a refund, the customer must claim the refund within 24 hours of placing the order. The refund will only be made if the customer has placed an order by mistake or paid extra by selecting the wrong number of pages. Once the order is ready and delivered, no refund will be issued as we offer work that is not plagiarized and if there is anything that the customer would like to revise it will be entertained for free provided if the order is not a special offer package and the revision requested is genuine and not additional requirement which was not mentioned in the original order request by the customer.
- ProEssayWriterService has got a very strict privacy policy and we never disclose any information related to our customers to third parties and the orders placed by our customers are deleted straight away from our system once they are delivered to the customers so as to ensure that they are not re-sold or re-published again.
- Once the paper is delivered to the customer, the customer must go through it and if there are any changes that he/she would like to make (changes related to the original requirements), the customer must inform us within 72 hours from the time the order was delivered. Any request after that time period will not be entertained by ProEssayWriterService team.
- Please note that while placing your order you must not count the day or date of order placement while selecting a deadline. Our automated system starts the deadline countdown one day after the order is placed by you, i.e. if you will select a two day deadline our system will assume two full days not counting the day when the order was placed.
- Please make sure that all the requirements are provided at the time of order placement or at least within 24 hours of the order placement as changes requested in the middle of the deadline or frequent changes will not be accepted by our team and the customer might be charged for the requested changes.
